For one of our clients in the banking sector in Zurich, we are searching for a Business Analyst with records management background.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support Business in defining Target Operating Model (TOM)
- Derive Requirement List, Service Catalogue
- Define RFP questionnaire and according acceptance criteria
- Scoping Proof of Concept (POC) with CS team and alignment with vendors/suppliers
- Test and evaluate POC result
- Contribute in RFP evaluation and selection process
- Support business case adjustments and budget request for integration project
- Support communication and stakeholder management
IDEAL PROFILE:
- Education in the area of computer science
- Strong business analysis background - preferably in infrastructure area
- Excellent experience with managing stakeholder
- Business Case Management
- Records Management experience
