Business Analyst - Rates Trade Capture IT - NYC - AVP

In this highly visible role you will be a member of the BA team supporting all trade capture system projects that have come about due to the new regulatory requirements which will affect the rates desk. In order to do this, you will be in charge of managing the relationships and communications across the sales, trading, middle office, operations, and development stakeholders on a global scale. In addition, you will be responsible for gathering all business requirement documents and functional specifications to ensure the delivery of all implementation and enhancement projects depending on the business need.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet the following requirements:

- 5+ years as a Business Analyst
- Strong Rates Product knowledge (understanding of end to end process flows)
- Exposure to front office/trading stakeholders and technologies
- Ability to execute system testing and coordinate UAT activities
