Business Analyst/Quality Assurance

Key Responsibilities
Own all quality assurance aspects of customer contact
Monitor compliance with QA standards for all Case Handlers and Field Representatives, including:
* Compliance with procedures and guidelines
* Calls and meetings are run in accordance with guidelines
* Field Reps and Case Handlers maintain competence levels
* Maintain and monitor risk registers
* Develop and maintain MI for the QA work stream
* Manage issues raised through to resolution
* Ensure SMED Management and the Skilled Person are kept abreast of QA governance

Essential Skills/Experience
For this position you must have a broad understanding of operations, the processes involved, how it effects of areas of a business and the risks involved. You will have demonstrable experience of delivering an operational services and experience of maintaining QA standards within a customer contact environment. You will have strong relationship building skills. You must be an excellent communicator, be able to present ideas and make decisions.
