Business Analyst (Property, must have Real Estate Experience)

SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST - MICROSOFT APPLICATIONS.

Property company require a Business Analyst that has experience implementing bespoke software and web based applications. Candidates that have worked with Microsoft Development stacks previously are highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring our client has the best software applications available to support the requirements of a growing global organisation. The following experience and skills are essential for consideration.

BUSINESS ANALYST REQUIRED:

- Previous business requirement capture for successful BESPOKE SOFTWARE PROJECTS
- Lead requirement workshops, specification reviews, compose & deliver presentations
- High interactive website application development experience
- Complex Data requirement and business processes
- Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- UML TECHNIQUES
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft solution stack.

BUSINESS ANALYSTS WITH STRONG BUSINESS ACUMEN ARE REQUIRED FOR THIS LONG TERM PROJECT.
