Business Analyst/Project Manager Legal and Compliance

For our customer in Zurich we are looking for a

Business Analyst/Project Manager Legal and Compliance

Your responsibilities:
- A challenging role with responsibility for overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of the project
- A focus on understanding and defining business needs, identifying potential for improvements and developing these into efficient system solutions in co-operation with the business users and IT groups

Required Skills:
- University degree in computer science, mathematics, or business
- More than five years of experience in leading high profile and complex IT projects in a corporate development or consulting setting, ideally with legal and compliance background
- A successful track record of leading cross-functional teams to distinctive results in complex and ambiguous situations
- Experience in applying agile project methodologies
- Good technical understanding of relational database design. Proficiency with Oracle/SQL is a plus
- Profound analytical skills and experience with structured working methods
- Proactive and solution oriented personality with hands-on mentality
- Ability to establish a professional and sustainable stakeholder relationship on different seniority levels
- Excellent presentation techniques and communication skills
- Proficiency in English and German
- Project Management certification is a plus
- Requirements Engineering/Business Analysis certification is a plus
