For a longer term project at our client site in GENEVA, the French part of Switzerland, we are looking for an experienced
BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT MANAGER FOR IT OPERATIONS (3747)
In this exciting role, consisting a mixed role between Business Analyst and Project Manager, you will work in three relevant fields, such as Business Analysis, SharePoint-/Smartsheet Administration and Project Management Support.
TO MAINTAIN THESE FIELDS, THE DESIGNATED CANDIDATE IS/HAS:
- Advanced University Degree in information technology management, computer, engineering or a related field
- 5 or more years of experience in the technology and infrastructure area including several years designing and delivering end-to-end enterprise-wide applications and services
- Extensive experience with successful vendor management, including experience in developing Service Level Agreements
- Experience in partnering with business for implementation of IT projects
- Experience in establishing operations and support procedures, organizing deployment and roll-out
- IT systems design experience (functional specifications, logical data models, and user interface design and use cases)
- Experience with managing Agile development projects and an understanding of SCRUM
- Strong skills in business analysis, business process improvement and solution design including functional specification, data model and user interface design and use cases
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Business Analysis
- Capture, structure, document and communicate functional and non-functional requirements with business and technical teams
- Create presentations to support structured decision-making and help management to prioritize projects
- Translate requirements and use cases into user interface prototypes which maximize the target platform out of the box functionality
- Validate user interface prototypes with key users
- Test applications developed to ensure they meet requirements
Sharepoint and Smartsheet Administration
- Responsible for administration of IT operations SharePoint site which include providing user access and document management
- Responsible for administration of the organization project management tool(Smart sheet)
Project Management Support
- Coordinates and monitor the implementation of IT operations projects including AIM and Legacy systems
- Liaises with technical teams to gather requirement for the implementation of projects
- Provides inputs and recommendations in regard to the planning and organization of the work, resolving implementation problems and responding to internal technical and administrative demands.
- Support in the development of In-Country system in collaboration with the Innovation Hub
