IT BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER FOR SECURED LENDING
On behalf of our client, a leading global company, we are looking for a SENIOR BUSINESS ANALYST/PROJECT DELIVERY MANAGER WITH VERY STRONG BUSINESS KNOWLEDGE. For this contract position based in Zürich in Switzerland our client is looking for an English speaking candidate who can start as soon as possible.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Primary interface between IT and senior Business stakeholders
- Working with a 3rd party system in a small team with developers in Zurich and an offshore development/test team in Poland
- Responsible for the global roll out of an application (Zurich, EMEA, US and APAC)
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL BE EXPECTED TO:
- Capture business requirements in the form of User Stories
- Demonstrate Project Management experience in order to push forward this project which is under time pressure to deliver an integrated solution
- Help prioritise the Book of Work with Business stakeholders
- Ensure that specified requirements are transmitted entirely and correctly to the development and test team members by writing clear specifications
- Manage dependencies around the delivery of the solutions
- Support developers and testers by resolving business issues that come up during the technical implementation
- Supports the test team in testing activities, when necessary
- Provide clear project status communication to all stakeholders
- Deliver new interfaces with different systems including a Mainframe team
SKILLS:
- Solid experience in delivering IT projects within a banking firm, ideally as a hybrid between Project Manager/BA
- Very good knowledge of trading and financial instruments, including front to back processing, OTCs, Lombard Lending and Collateral
- Over 6 years of experience in requirements engineering in application development projects
- Experience in banking or finance including Lending, Collateral and OTC products
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Soft skills to handle stakeholders with different background (Business Project Managers, User Representatives, Programmers, Offshore resources, Testers, Vendors etc.)
ADVANTAGEOUS SKILLS
- Knowledge of Lombard Loans
- Prior experience of JIRA
- Agile project delivery
- A knowledge of .NET IT projects would be helpful
