Business Analyst/Product Owner

As Business Analyst/Product Owneryou have a wealth of project experience in a complex organizations and having worked on complex projects. You'll know how to instruct an international agile development team and gather the requirements from the business. The Business Analyst/Product Owner works for the business and describes the business requirements into user stories. Within the Scrum team the Business Analyst/Product Owner is responsible for the definition and development of the user stories. As product owner you are partly responsible for the end product and leading the Agile/Scrum team. Having experience as a Business Analyst, Architect or Requirements Engineer is a plus as well as experience in agile environments.

JOB DEMANDS BUSINESS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER:

-Super Business Analyst experience;
- Work experience in an international environment;
- Selfstarter;
- Bachelor degree;
- Minimum of 2 - 5 year's experience as Business Analyst, Architect or Product Owner;
- Minimum of 2 years experience with Agile/Scrum;

NICE TO HAVE BUSINESS ANALYST/PRODUCT OWNER:

- Experience with agile offshore development teams is a pre;
- Experience as team lead is a pre
- Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) is a pre;
