Business Analyst - Process Improvement

Top ASX Client is looking for an experienced Business Process Analyst for a large transformation project

The focus of the Business Process Analyst role is to document business workflows, processes and rules to support the future state business model.

The Business Process Analyst initial priority will be to quickly come up to speed on the scope of the program by reading existing artifacts. This will enable the Business Process Analyst to assist with the definition of processes to support the new operations model.

The Business Process Analyst will then be required to assist in defining the individual user and system process flows.

Key Responsibilities:

- Work closely with Program Team and the business to identify and analyse core business processes and workflows
- Participate workshops with SME's
- Documentation of process and work flows
- Development of clear and detailed process maps and business requirements
- Identifying issues and risks
- Develop End to End Requirements Traceability

Required Skills and Experience:

- Experience in contruction/FMCG would be highly desired
- At least 5 years experience as a Business Process Analyst, on large and complex projects
- Experience in a Business Transformation/Change Management Program
- Experience in Business and Systems Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering
- Experience Stakeholder Management and strong business/client engagement skills
- Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to extensively analyse business processes and workflows
- Experience developing business requirements
- High level of competence with MS Office and MS Visio
- Identify and escalate, as appropriate, issues/risks/dependencies as they relate to business and end user processes.
