Business Analyst (Portal Projects) - Southampton - £410/day

Hampshire based market leading organisation is seeking a Solid Business Analyst with experience of customer portal projects.

This is an initial 6 month contract with the opportunity to extend a lot further, paying up to £410/day, in view of starting in late November.

Key Requirements and Experience Include:
- "Initial" requirement gathering skills as part of carrying out business proposals
- Technology background in the delivery of portal services
- Appreciation of customer's online/portal user experience
- Development of detailed requirements in creating a product vision in support of the business strategy
- Putting together and producing roadmaps
- Cost-Benefit analysis; elicitation of business objectives and benefits; ensuring maximum return on

investment;
- Compiling business cases to secure funding for system development
- Ability to build strong relationships with business users and suppliers
- Experience of challenging business assumptions and changing ways of working
- Test planning and test support capability; ensuring quality assurance of deliverables.
