One of the biggest international pharmaceutical companies with HQ in Basel is looking for aBUSINESS ANALYST/PMO with Experience ina PHARMACEUTICAL ENVIRONMENT.

This is a challenging contracting position starting in July 2017 until the end of the year.

TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Analyze existing data privacy processes, structures and organizations
- Support the design of processes, engineering requirements in collaboration with senior subject matter experts, legal representatives and business/IT stakeholders
- Create project deliverables eg process designs, presentations, project documentation and management summaries
- Organize and conduct working group meetings

REQUIREMENTS:

- Professional experience as Business Analyst
- Analytical mindset, structured approach, problem-solver, flexible and self-directed
- Confident and outgoing attitude, very good interpersonal skills
- Proficient with Powerpoint, Visio, Word and Excel
- Ideally experience with process design and data privacy
- Experience with international organizations, preferably pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of data protection regulations, ideally EU GDPR
- Fluent in English and German will be a plus
