Business Analyst (Platform Migration, UML, Financial Sector) - Switzer

For one of our clients in the financial sector, we are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join their platform migration project.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Working on a major platform migration project plus possible involvement in smaller mobile projects
- Gathering and analysing the business requirements
- Translating the requirements into functional specifications
- Supporting change management to specify the change requests
- Liaising with the onshore and offshore IT teams

IDEAL PROFILE:

- Several years of experience in a Business Analyst function in the financial sector
- Excellent UML modelling skills
- Very strong technical specifications writing skills
- Very good knowledge of various analysis methods
- Experience with Enterprise Architect and similar tools
- Good Indices knowledge would be a plus
- Good financial product knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Proactive, team-player, innovative
- Fluent English
