BUSINESS ANALYST (PHARMA)
Business Analyst (Pharma) required for potentially long-term project in Switzerland.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
. Performing the business analysis for an Electronic Lab Notebook rollout
* Partner with scientific end-users and current ELN team members to help analyze scientific needs and support the application (eg end user support, application testing, managing user settings on the Application Server)
. Identify developing mockups and collecting/interpreting data
. Contribute to large-scale global deployment of a technical solution that will directly affect the scientists Day-to-day job
KEY SKILLS :
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 2+ years of experience in software development/software support of scientific applications in
Bio-Pharmaceutical industry/laboratory environments
. Ability to communicate effectively with scientific clients.
. High learning agility, innovation, and problem solving skills.
. Strong written and oral communication skills in English and German
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
. Experience with IDBS E-WorkBook
. Experience in relational database fundamentals & software development life cycle
