My client, a leading Management Consultancy are currently seeking a Business Analyst with Financial Services experience to join their ever growing Practice.

Key Responsibilities
* To perform business analysis on behalf of their banking clients, usually as a member of a the consulting team based at client-site
* To recommend improvements to existing processes or systems for their clients
* To manage, or assist with managing and developing their client relationships by identifying client needs, defining problems, producing proposals and recommending courses of action.
* Understanding the OTC Pricing models and valuation systems.

Job Requirements
* To represent the clients Business Consulting division and to undertake general consulting and business analysis duties on behalf of their clients, on client site and either individually or (more usually) as a member of a team of consultants
* The ability to establish and develop effective client relationships in order to deliver solutions and identify new business opportunities
* The ability to produce or contribute to client proposals

Required Skills
* At least 3 years OTC pricing experience
* Detailed knowledge of OTC pricing and Risk measure methodologies
* Understanding of market reference data, ie 4 CDs, Bonds, IRS, Repos, TRS, Swaptions, CAPS
* Experience in building and executing system testing strategies
* A good knowledge and understanding of business focused testing and migration strategies
* Excellent consulting and communication skills
* Lean and/or Six Sigma experience is desirable
