Business Analyst - OTC Derivitives - Edinburgh

Empiric are working with a major Asset Management organisation with key operational presence in Edinburgh. They are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst contractor for an initial 6 month period to be based in their Edinburgh Offices.

They are looking for an experienced BA to assist OTC Derivatives programme

Key Skills/Experience

- Strong derivatives knowledge (ideally across varied asset classes), with a good understand of the Clearing process
- Good E2E knowledge of asset management operational processes (investment banking also relevant)
- Understanding of current regulatory landscape - Dodd Frank, EMIR, SEFs, Client reporting
- Ability to quickly understand complex architecture and processes
- Ability to produce clear and concise outputs for stakeholder engagement and understanding
- Proven track record of analysis delivery across a number of projects
- Team player with strong work ethic who is willing to go the extra mile.

The contract will be between 6 and 18 months in length with a chance of this being extended and daily rate will be up to around £550.
