For our client, one of the most instantly recognizable brands in the banking sector, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with knowledge of funds products and Order Trade Management to work on cross border initiatives for a new 6 month contract in Zurich with a strong potential for extension.
This is a 6 month contract starting ASAP starting in July/August 2015.
BUSINESS ANALYST, ORDER TRADE MANAGEMENT, BANKING, ENGLISH (CONTRACT, ZURICH)
- Exciting role as BA/Scrum Master in the Funds program in the Order Trade Management Domain
- Achieve challenging goals and deliver first grade business value by implementing adequate solutions in an agile (Scrum), cost-efficient and goal focused manner
- Create a sustainable and trustworthy relationship with project stakeholders
- Responsibility for providing direction to the project team and being responsible to develop stories for a team of 6 developers (onshore and offshore)
- Responsibility to lead small to medium teams to develop sustainable state of the art solutions that drive Funds Execution business forward and that enables to migrate away from Host/Mainframe System
- Elicit, analyze, document and support prioritization of requirements, processes and improvement processes, ensuring a common understanding between IT and Business
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Minimum 4 years of relevant business analysis experience in the banking industry
- Experience in working with agile methods (Scrum)
- Very good knowledge of Funds products and Order Trade Management
- Proven track record as Scrum Master in banking/finance is an advantage
- Track record working in global organizations, ideally in the banking sector
- Background as a systems administrator and knowledge of Windows, Unix or networking
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English language (German beneficial)
