Business Analyst - Ops Design - Recruitment Agency Systems

Capita's client is looking to secure the services of a Business Analyst with experience of working at a recruitment company for a 12 months contract.

The role of the Business Analyst (BA) is to capture, consolidate, and communicate the information from the businesses Operations Subject Matter Experts (SMEs).

The BA is a critical link between the Subject Matter Experts providing the business requirements and the technical, design and implementation team.

Skills and Experience:

* Experience of working in a business analyst role in the recruitment industry
* Strong Business Process Mapping skillset
* Experience of requirements elicitation and documentation
* Excellent workshop facilitation skills
* Strong analytical skills thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into operational requirements.
* Sound practical and demonstrable experience of using structured business analysis methodologies, tools and techniques across the full project lifecycle
* In-depth experience in business process design using MS Visio
* An understanding of recruitment / recruitment technology
* An understanding of financial/payroll processes
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts.
* Previous experience of working in a recruitment role or for a recruitment organization
* An excellent understanding of the full recruitment life cycle for agency or/and managed services/RPO including on-boarding of contract and temporary workers
* Knowledge of recruitment compliance and regulations, for example the Agency Worker Regulations, the Conduct Regulations etc
* Intermediate or above hands on experience of Microsoft Office applications, including MS Project, MS Visio and MS Excel
* Proven organisational skills and demonstrated ability to meet tight deadlines, set realistic goals and establish work priorities.
* Being able to work under pressure
* Being self motivated and proactive.
* Excellent attention to detail
