BUSINESS ANALYST (OPERATING MODEL/SERVICES/METRICS FRAMEWORK)
On behalf of our client, a leading global bank, we are looking for an English speaking BUSINESS ANALYST. The successful candidate will work within the broader Risk Chief Risk Officer organisation and will be supporting the support the definition and implementation of our Service and Metrics strategy. For this 1 year contract position based in Zürich, Switzerland, our client is looking for a candidate who can start as soon as possible.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Capture and articulate Service requirements and standards to support the Group Risk Control Operating Model
- Articulate, support and independently coordinate across Group Risk Control, input required to fulfil Service Company requirements
- Participate in strategy development of relationship between Services, Processes and Metrics
- Lead a Service working group to ensure stakeholder participation and delivery against a defined timeline
- Support methodology for incorporating Service/Metrics into the Operating Model reporting tool, including Data Model
- Support the creation of insightful, visual Service dashboards and reports
- Independently coordinate input and actions
- Lead the Service Catalogue change management process
- Provide regular management status updates and material
You must possess:
- At least 5 years of Business Analyst or experience or in a relevant postions
- Experience with Risk Control/Risk Management/Operating Model
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Relevant audit background would be considered
