The Technology Risk Analytics Specialist is responsible for analysing information and technology risks to the business and for providing insights and recommendations which enhance risk-informed business decision making.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Communicate technology risks for assigned business units and executive leadership.
- Proactively identify potential risks based on changes to business models, technology models, and external trends.
- Develop executive level communications and engage with business leadership to support risk-informed business decisions.
- Collaborate with internal partners to ensure external views are accurately represented.
- Contribute to thought leadership within the organization, someone who can help advance risk reporting and the technology risk management strategy globally.

REQUIREMENTS:

- 5 years total experience in executive reporting and/or technology risk management
- Previous experience with communicating technology risk to executive leadership
- Must be proficient with Excel (5+ years experience) and PowerPoint
- Previous experience in a risk management related function
- Experience with qualitative risk analysis, quantitative risk analytics, business analysis, and process analysis
- Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively with senior business executives
- Ability to convey technology risk management concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Applied Mathematics, or related field
- Advanced degree preferred

- Basic understanding of Statistics
- Understanding of IT risks and controls
- Microsoft Access
- CISSP
