Business Analyst (Mobile Apps, Agile, Private Banking) - Switzerland

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with good business modelling and Agile experience to join a mobile applications project at a major bank in Zurich.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Key point of contact between business and IT teams
- Responsibility for all the requirements engineering process cycles
- Analyze existing models and develop businesses processes with subject matter experts
- Derive the project requirements with the businessand document them
- Lead of sub-projects
- Execution of test cases
- Determine project's delivery specifications by studying solution architecture and design, customer requirements within the existing IT landscape
- Completing technical studies
- Ensure the solution is compliant with regulations, policies and further obligations
- Confirms performance of the solution by designing and conducting tests
- Maintains safe and clean working environment by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations
- Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

IDEAL PROFILE:

- University Degree in Informatics or a related field of study
- Several years of experience in business analysis in the financial sector
- Excellent IT and business modelling skills (UML, BPMN)
- Experience in Agile projects
- Deep technical understanding capabilities
- Process improvement and documentation skills
- Test management and project management experience
- Team player and transparent communication skills
- Fluent English
