Business Analyst - Mobile Application Deployment Coordinator

Job Description:
Coordinate the deployment, management, and access to mobile applications in the Clients Mobile AppStore, and support delivery of mobile applications to mobile devices:

* Coordinates with customer mobile application owners to publish mobile applications to users
* Publishes internally and 3rd-party proprietary mobile apps to the Client App Store
* Operates the company Mobile application request tool, and assists app owners in the workflow required to publish mobile applications. Maintains an ongoing queue of applications in the request queue
* Signs applications using the company enterprise app signing certificate
* Coordinates with MobileIron System Administrators to maintain app testing environments and to ensure adequate disk space for the company App Store
* Evaluates, recommends and publishes links to publicly available mobile applications within the Company Mobile App Store
* Some lightweight app design and development work is possible, based on skill set of candidate.
* Operates 3rd party services for application security testing, application publishing, application delivery and application reputation monitoring
* Mobile device application troubleshooting/support. Accepts and resolves mobile application issues (tickets)
* Optionally and upon agreement works on shifts (morning/evening)

Technical Skills/Competencies:
* Mobile Platforms Experience: iOS, Android, Windows Mobile, BlackBerry
* Mobile Device Management (MDM): MobileIron preferably
* Ticketing systems experience
* (optional) Mobile Application Development: Xcode and HTML5, web Scripting development tools, modern Web service software development, Apple/Mac experience

Professional Experience:
* University degree preferably in computer science, mathematics, engineering or hard sciences, or working IT experience in lieu of university degree. Deep familiarity with mobile devices and applications is required.
* Passion, experience and professional skills in the area of Mobile applications and smart devices
* Strong communication skills and customer focus
* Fluent in English (written and spoken), French/German/Spanish optional
