For one of our international clients we are looking forward for a
BUSINESS ANALYST
TASKS:
- Lead the Scoping to achieve optimum mix application moves, ensuring least user effort, minimum business impact and cost efficiency
- Analyze each individual situation per application and propose solutions
- Aligning all application moves (timeline, strategy) according to DC closure road map, business project and application life cycle
- Ensure availability of latest and accurate information about in-scope applications to help Application Governance Panel make decisions right for the company
- Prepare Toll Gate 1 as handover application from Governance to Migration
- Design, own and enhance formal Scoping and High Level Planning processes
- Ensure compliances to Corporate IT, department and project processes
- Contribute to the Stake Holder Management
- Help Migration Managers balance Application Owner expectations and Corporate IT Governance direction
- Support Business Liaisons to increase virtualization
- Own change request process for migration changes and ensure only beneficial changes are endorsed
- Point of escalation for migration team if they stuck with the business
- Escalate issues beyond authority to the Head of Governance
- Making statistic for what will be moved from where to where by when
- Contact for Integration Team/Order Management in terms of planning
- Coordinate and arranged regular meetings with DC team to share information
- Coordinate and arranged unregularly meetings with BT to get information about active Servers
- Coordinate and arranged regular meetings with supplier to ensure that supplier Servers will be moved
- Ensure that decommissions will be tracked and updated in the system
- Coordinate orphans solution
- Align people in team and enable them to do their work by have overview on what is going on in the project
- Deputy of Head of Governance
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fluent in English - oral and written
- German desirable
- Several years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in a similar role
- Pharma experience together with a good understanding of processes/organization etc. is a true asset
- Experience with MS Office Tools and MS SharePoint
- Team work in a challenging IT environment
- Ability to work in an international as well as multicultural environment
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Flexibility and experience in prioritizing tasks
- Ability to deal with variable workload
