Business Analyst - Mifid & Customer (Brussels)

Je functie: Function Description:
Your main tasks as Business Analyst are as follow:
1. Business Analysis - Mifid2 project
Analyse impact of Mifid2 regulation on existing business processes
Design and describe new business processes
Collect and produce related business requirements
Review & comment all project deliverables
Make sure processes and requirements are validated by all involved business stakeholders.
2. Change Management - Mifid2 project
Define implementation plan & change management plan.
Prepare all supporting material for the change management (adapt process notes, produce work instructions, prepare trainings)
Follow-up & give trainings
3. UAT Testings - Mifid2 project
Prepare test cases
Plan & organize tests
Execute testings and check if requirements are met
Follow-up tests and defect meetings and report to project manager
4. Customer Due Diligence Domain
Provide support in the production of different deliverables for another project. ( change management plan, process notes, work instructions, UAT)
Key Tasks:
° Understand Mifid2 regulation & obligations
° Organize and lead regular & ad-hoc meetings with the different stakeholders to collect requirements
° Consolidate/align the requirements of all stakeholders
° Identify risks and issues
° Propose solutions to the business
° Produce meeting minutes of all meetings
° Accurately report progress, issues and risks to global project manager & head of department
° Write process notes / work instructions / training material
° Collaborate & communicate with process owner, mid office and project teams
° Set up a change management approach (training, communication, aftercare etc.) & participate in execution
Duration: Start Date : ASAP
Duration : 18 months

- Proven experience in business process management work (process analysis & implementation)
Preferable: - Knowledge of project management
- Knowledge of Mifid principles
- Knowledge of KYC ( Know Your Customer) principles
- Experience in UAT testing
