Skills Required
- Ability to translate Business needs into formal Business processes in BPMN diagrams (ArchiMate 2.x)
- Ability to translate business requirements into analysis artefacts using the UML v2.5 and above notation
- Ability to read and understand Architecture Metamodel and to use Archimate like standard notations as well as UML modelling language
- Ability to make full use of IBM Rational Requirement Composer version 4.x and above tools and plugins
- Ability to use Sparks Enterprise Architect tool 11.x (corporate Edition)
- Ability to query in native SQL language
- Ability to write/speak/understand English (level B min).
Expertise in either domain(s);
- Administration (HR and knowledge in Sysper from the EC is an asset)
- External policies domain (meaning projects including stakeholders as Member States Ministries)
- Corporate Processes (Document Management, Information, Communication and Collaboration)
