Business Analyst- Microsoft Dynamics CRM

Nicoll Curtin are currently engaged with a high profile name in the search for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM Business Analyst for a 6-month contract. Our client searches for an experienced candidate with a technical profile to start ASAP with a view for extension.

Roles & Responsibilities

- End to End Business Analysis- including engagement within Testing
- Requirements Engineering
- Functional Specification, Functional Requirements Definition
- Agile Leadership
- Development of work processes, workflows, use cases and user stories to aid the development and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics CRM business solution
- Bridge the gap between business and IT for the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics as a CRM solution
- Vendor management
- Stakeholder management
- Leadership and participation within workshops

Experience and Qualifications

- Degree qualified or equivalent level of experience within Technical subject (Computer Science etc)
- Minimum 4 years' experience within an end-to-end Technical Business Analysis role focused on Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Strong technical and functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics CRM
- Experienced within implementing minimum 2 end to end enterprise wide CRM projects
- Demonstrable experience working within Agile environments
- Excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel
- EU Citizenship
