MY DUTIES:

- MI is fragmented poorly planned and drawn from multiple sources without validation
- We have identified significant amounts of raw data which needs structuring
- MI from other outsourcers is poor it is unclear whether this is because they cannot provide it or because it has never been requested
- To analyse the Management Information (MI) requirements the clients product
- Identify the sources of the MI,
- Propose a solution for getting the data into the DWH and a dashboard format from one the existing reporting tools.

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Understand and enhance the MI Business requirements
- Researching MI sources internal and external
- Research available
- Interpreting data and workflows
- Agreeing with IT and the providers the format of the data that will go into the DWH
- Evaluating risks and predicting potential problems
- Developing quality assurance practices and assessments
- Establishing deliverables
- Writing reports, instructions, and specifications and creating flowcharts
- Acting as a liaison between the business and IT
- Acting as a liaison between the business and the outsourcers
- Facilitating meetings for team members
- Acquiring knowledge of products or services provided by the business
- Incorporating user suggestions into projec
