Business Analyst (M3)

Our client, one of the largest multinational telecommunication organization located in Melbourne are looking for a strong BUSINESS ANALYST with prior experience working with business stakeholders to elicit, analyse and validate requirements for the implementation of, or enhancements to, business processes and information systems.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Identify, gather and document business requirements through consultation with the business, formal analysis and assessment of needs
- Conduct stakeholder workshops to understand their issues, needs and expectations and the elicit requirements
- Maintain a close working relationship with Business Stakeholder Representatives
- Work closely with project managers, systems architects, chief designers, test leads, team leaders and team members

Skills & Experience:

- Ability to identify and document functional and non functional requirements
- Demonstrated practical experience working on AGILE projects
- Experienced in facilitating and coordinating workshops involving multiple parties in multiple locations
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent documentation and presentation skills
- Ability to multi-task and work to timelines
- Proven delivery record on projects in a complex & large organisation
- Ability to establish and maintain excellent working relationships with all levels of the group, business stakeholders and the technical teams (internal and vendor)
- Working knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Telecommunication experience is highly beneficial
