Business Analyst (m/f/d)

MY DUTIES:

- Work with stakeholders to translate end user requirements and ensure that stakeholders have a thorough understanding of these requirements
- Review documentation to confirm the documented process is consistent with the process currently followed by the relevant groups within the business
- Maintain stakeholder relationships to successfully drive the project to completion working to tight deadline
- Identify, mitigate and raise concerns of risks and issues related to the delivery of any projects to the assigned Project Manager
- Participate in the continuous improvement of BA techniques for driving delivery of requirements and solutions as quickly as possible and share standardized and best practices with other colleagues
- Work with other Team members and users to understand business and, where necessary, offer ideas to improve

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

- Profound professional experience as business analyst 
- Strong experience in collecting user needs and analyzing requirements 
- Strong experience in specifying in written (in English) the development needed 
- Strong experience in designing ergonomic software user interface 
- Strong experience in creation of professional documents (user manuals, documentation,…) 
- Knowledge of JIRA 
- Fluent in English mandatory
- Excellent communication skills
- Knowledge of Confluence is desirable
- French and/or German is an advantage
