Business Analyst (m/f)

MY DUTIES:

-Simulation of risk acceptance in order to optimize the balance between premiums/claims, speed of service and workload using historical data from the company’s databases
-Monitor and evaluate the automatic underwriting performance of the local Risk Services units
-Analyse and process changes to system parameters
-Contact person for process and system related inquiries, connecting business and IT
-Involvement in projects (e.g. new AUA models, machine learning)

MY QUALIFICATIONS:

-Education at least to Bachelor level
-Profound work experience, handling and analyzing large datasets
-Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Excel and Access required, at least basic experience in SQL
-Fluency in written and verbal English. Knowledge of other European languages is an Advantage
-Creative and an aptitude to think outside the box – a problem solver
-Strong communicator, effective presentation skills at all levels, team player
