IHRE AUFGABEN:

-Ensure that change objectives and operational needs are correctly translated into requirements and that change deliverables can be validated against these same objectives and operational needs
-Ensure that cross-functional and non-functional aspects are adequately addressed in the requirements
-Work closely with the (technical) System Analysts
-Analyse and challenge stakeholder needs, amongst others, in order to identify a clear problem statement
-Analyse the impact on current operations
-Challenge and review the implementation design about operational aspects
-Define related validation strategy & pass criteria
-Prepare associated test cases
-Lead, run, and analyse acceptance tests

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-Critical thinker with an analytical mind-set
-Ability to design and moderate requirements workshops with stakeholders
-Ability to establish effective working relationships with experts from various domains and organisational units
-Communicative and open-minded
-Able to engage with stakeholders and understand their perspectives
-Fluency in English
-Experience with Agile methodology
