IHRE AUFGABEN:

-In this role you will support the preparation of OPEX forecasts and budgets, by providing the appropriate level of data and analysis
-You will control and consolidate budgets, latest estimate and variance analysis
-Analyzing deviations from budget/forecast, informing the management and providing recommendations to handle them efficiently and effectively is another part of this position
-Manage the month end close process in association with the accounting team is your responsibility as well
-Also you will prepare reports and analysis to the US parent company
-The preparation of OPEX periodic and ad-hoc reports will be part of your job as well to input forecasting figures in the planning system
-You will coordinate with countries and parent company

IHRE QUALIFIKATIONEN:

-You have a degree in Economics, Business Administration or Finance/Accounting and some years of experience in similar position/s in an international environment
-Experience in accounting, consolidation, budgeting and planning is essential
-You are able to talk fluently in English, both in written and in oral communication
-In your career you demonstrated the capability to quickly learn systems and processes, being open and flexible to changes, in a multinational environment
-You are an excellent user of Office programs such as Word, Excel, Powerpoint and you are experienced in using SAP, preferred also Oracle Hyperion and Business Objects
-Project experience in a multinational environment would be preferred
