Business Analyst (M/F)

For one of our clients we are looking for a business analyst (m/f) to review the IT tools currently used for facility management processes

Tasks and responsibilities:
- Identify and list the IT systems and programs currently in use to support facility management (FM) processes, stating the purpose of each and for which FM process they are used
- Review the data identified in the above and evaluate it in respect to the future needs of the client for FM in the occupied buildings, recommending the relevant items for migration as necessary
- Identify which (if any) of the current IT systems and programs are necessary to use to support the future FM processes with the intention of providing the most efficient and effective FM solution
- Identify risks and suggest mitigations related to the further implementation and/or continued use of the above systems and programs
- Identify any contradictions found in the IT solution adopted and suggest possible resolutions
- Implement quality management procedures to ensure that the FM processes are correctly implemented in the most suitable system or program and provide advice on the required documentation to be delivered by the implementers
- Prepare and present regular reports to the project team and when required project management on task process
- Prepare and present a report on the results of the analysis including recommendations to project management

Knowledge and skills:
- Proven experience with facility management processes, quality assurance and risk analysis
- Knowledge of the GEFMA 400 processes and/or other FM recognised equivalent
- Experience with SAP and OpenText would be an advantage
- Experience with Telelogic Doors and JIRA from Atlassian would be an advantage
- Good knowledge of the Planon GmbH facility management system would be an advantage
- English fluent
