Business Analyst Lev 5

An exciting opportunity is available in Brussels for a BUSINESS ANALYST WITH 19 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE (STUDIES INCLUDED).

We are looking for candidates with the following profile:

- 19 years of work experience (studies included) - minimum 15 years of Business Analysis experience;
- In depth knowledge of large organization administrative business processes.
- Knowledge of business analysis tools
- Ability to apply high quality standards
- Ability to participate in multi-lingual meetings, excellent communicator.
- Capability of working in an international/multicultural environment
- Excellent organisational skills
- Good knowledge of the functioning of the EU institutions, particularly of the EU external relations
- Good knowledge of the Project Cycle Management
- The candidate should have in-depth knowledge and proven experience in the field of business data analysis and data quality management framework.
- Good knowledge of MS Office in particular excel
- Good knowledge of MS-Project Business Objects version
- Knowledge of QlikView and JIRA would be an advantage
- LANGUAGE SKILLS: FLUENT IN ENGLISH AND FRENCH (ABILITY TO WORK WITH DOCUMENTS BOTH IN FRENCH AND ENGLISH)

Tasks:

- Analysis and definition of business requirements
- Assistance in vision documents for management control and data quality
- Risk analysis concerning data quality
- Provision of advice and assistance in the area of business data analysis
- Provision of quality control and evaluation in terms of the effective use of reporting tools Defining automatic data quality monitoring tools
- Understanding of the business of EuropeAid
- Close cooperation with the other teams of the unit ' reporting/activity based management' and 'business management'
- Drafting of documents and reports
- Communication skills

This position is offered as a long-term freelance contract. The foreseen start date is the beginning of March.
