Business Analyst - Legal - Investment Bank

Business Analyst (Legal) required by large Investment Bank, based in London, to perform business analysis activities within the Corporate Services IT area.

You will have recent and extensive Investment Banking exposure with knowledge of Legal contracts, specifically ISDA/CSA and processes. Be able to work independently (self-starter, individual contributor) as well as managing others, especially by influence. Understand database structures (SQL knowledge will be an advantage). Previous data-modelling or OCR knowledge would be a benefit.

This role will involve providing subject matter expertise to an existing project team, with detailed understanding of the structure of Investment Banking derivatives legal documents and the data within them. Understanding the Legal agreement clauses ie ISDA, REPO PB, OSLA, CSA etc. Deliver documented business requirements and functional specifications for complex business processes pertaining to legal documentation required in order for trade (note: this is not on-boarding documentation, it is purely legal contracts).Ikas International Ltd is acting as an Employment Business in relation to this vacancy.
