-Ability to translate business requirements into analysis artefacts using the UML v2.5 and above notation
-Ability to read and understand Architecture Metamodel and to use Archimate like standard notations as well as UML modelling language
-Ability to make full use of IBM Rational Requirement Composer version 4.x and above tools and plugins
-Ability to use Sparks Enterprise Architect tool 11.x (corporate Edition)
-Ability to query in native SQL language
-Ability to write/speak/understand English (level B min).
Expertise in either domain(s);
-Administration (HR, Finance, Logistic and Security)
-Information & Telecoms
-Corporate Processes (Document Management, Information, Communication and Collaboration)
