Key Daily Responsibilities:
Enter technical information into Webforms to begin solution data collection process
Work with requestors to capture/clarify business requirements
Collaborate with the Systems Integration team
Log defects encountered during use of web-based form
Assist with design and implementation of process enhancements
Key Required Skills:
Knowledge/familiarity with server infrastructure technology & configurations related to Windows, Linux and AIX, virtual and physical environments
