Business Analyst IT - IT-Infrastructure professional for a program within an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Information gathering activities such as surveying, analysing and evaluating processes, products and services, by using a variety of internal and/or external data
- Determining required solutions and assisting in implementations
- Assisting with the construction of the target operating model
- Creating recommendations for improvements, solutions and respective implementation plans
- Documenting as is and to be processes and business requirements
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- Analytical and conceptual mindset to challenge and automate manual steps in business processes, have a good grasp of technology and technology concepts (eg databases, UML), as well as pay careful attention to details in system specifications
- Experience in IT-Infrastructure
- Detailed experience in process design and implementation (good knowledge of and experience with JML (Joiners/Movers/Leavers) processes is a distinct advantage)
- The ability to analyse complex systems; strong analytical and conceptual skills, quality awareness
- Ability to strike the right level of detail depending on project phase, time and quality requirements
- Very good written and spoken English
