Business Analyst IT CMS

Job Description:
- Within end client will act as mutli Disciplinare MDW (combi roll BA/SD) within a multidisciplinary team with agile UX specialists, Front End developers, Tridion Developer and Tester.

Knowledge and Communication:
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience with Banking Internet, Intranet and mobile applications
- Knowledge of and experience with CMS (preferably Tridion 5.3, 2011 and 2013)
- Experience in developing Use Cases, UML for/with the business
- Knowledge of Agile and Scrum process.

- Communication skills in both Dutch and English.

Knowledge & Communication
- Experience within an application development environment and with some awareness of infrastructure implications of application development
- Experience of all phases of the development life cycle eg analysis, design and testing
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Experience in assisting business units to define business requirements
- Experience in communicating business requirements to vendors
- Experience leading and working with individuals and teams from diverse cultures
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Lotus Notes
- Visio and MS Project or NIKU would be useful
- Working knowledge of industry standard test tools eg Mercury and Rationale (detailed knowledge if a test specialist)
- Competent in the use of IT tools and application relevant to the job
- Excellent command of written/verbal business English (& additional location language requirements)
- International orientation - prepared to travel internationally, work experience in an international context (preferable)
