Your team
You'll be working in a small team (part of eBanking) in Zurich. The team consist of multiple roles which are all part of the software development life cycle process and which are supporting the successful project delivery. Do you like to participate in an industry leading eBanking solution? This is your opportunity to be part of this successful team! You, among other BAs, will be responsible for the requirements elicitation with our business partners, writing the corresponding Software Requirements Specification and delivering the solutions to the production environment.
Your experience and skills
You have:
- continuously worked in similar positions before
- an understanding of what it takes to run successful projects in financial services
- a strong background in business analysis methodology, incl. requirements management, documentation, UML2 visualization
- a technical background with some experience in software development
- a minimum of 10 Years work experience
You are:
- a team player
- analytical, structured and well organized
- a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels
- comfortable challenging stakeholder requests in order to achieve needed benefits in the most efficient and sustainable way
- known for hitting deadlines and staying within budget
- fluent in German and English
