This request is to one Business Analyst to work on the Next Gen Digital Channels Project. More specific, on the one digital contract project.
This project has major implications in different applications and systems of the Bank. It covers multiple interdependencies with other projects and is supported by
Marketing.

Function Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out analysis for the web and mobile banking application
- When required, interview business representatives to refine requirements.
- Contribute to workshops
- Make sure all solutions comply with imposed legal obligations
- Identify impacts on different departments/channels of the Bank

Typical deliverables:
- Contribution to list of requirements, business needs documents
- Use Case documents (functional requirements, business rules, constraints)
- User Navigation flows, process flows

Je profiel: Required knowledge / Experience

Education
- Master's degree (preference for economics, engineering or finance)
- Complementary diplomas will be considered as experience

Languages Requirement
French Fluent
Dutch Fluent
English Very good

Experience
3 years of experience.
Experience in Business modelling and/or process re-engineering
Experience in Strategy to easily understand digital strategy and detail it plus derive impacts on the organization
