INSURANCE CLAIMS BUSINESS ANALYST
- Provide critical Business Intelligence to ensure the reports meet the business needs.
- Must be able to understand business needs of Claims Automation and Procedures customers and translating those needs to formal requirements.
- Fair understanding of Claims workflows
- Familiar with Reporting tool (Business Objects or Cognos)
- Claims data, which will be used to create the reports.
- Must be proficient with process of collecting and documenting requirements.
- Must be proficient in creating Report mockups and preparing list of data elements.
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
