Business Analyst - Infrastructure & Identity Access Management to work closely with business stakeholders as well as various partners within the IT organization of an international bank in Zurich.
YOUR TASKS:
- Gathering requirements from and negotiating them with business stakeholders
- Establishing adequate requirement work products while taking in account quality, effort and timeline
- Detecting the dependencies which are impacting the project
- Finding solutions to business problems as part of the overall strategic roadmap
- Supporting the program/project manager and SPM organization in scope definition and scope control
YOUR EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
- EXPERIENCE IN INFRASTRUCTURE IDENTITY & ACCESS MANAGEMENT DOMAIN AS WELL AS IN AN INFRASTRUCTURE/TECHNICAL BUSINESS ANALYST ROLE IS A MUST
- Strong business analysis skills (especially documentation of business, functional and non-functional requirements) with a proven record of project participation and delivery
- Ability to manage client expectations and control/deliver the project despite possible changes to requirements and scope
- Able to communicate with senior stakeholder on CIO levels
- Degree in Computer Science, Management or related field or equivalent experience
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and ability to interact with both the IT and the business stakeholders, German communication skills are an asset
