ROLE: Senior Business Analyst for MDM
CLIENT INDUSTRY: Pharmaceutical
JOB LOCATION: Offsite/100% Remote
WORKLOAD: 100%
START DATE: ASAP
PROJECT END DATE: 3 months rolling contract until 31.12.2018
TRAVELLING: Travel abroad is not planned yet but possible (probably 2 times per year for a workshop + probably 2 times to Basel, Switzerland)

Project Description:
-The project is about implementation of a master data management platform for the logistics department using Informatica MDM Hub, Informatica DQ and Informatica Business Glossary.
-Initial scope will be for Materials/Products data and later extended to other areas.

TASKS:
-Primary role would be as a MDM Analyst and MDM Domain Expert.
-The position holder should take ownership of the creation of the user requirements and functional specifications documents and actively contact the diverse business experts and users.
-Additionally the requirements should be checked for feasibility in the Informatica MDM suit.
-Depending on team setup, it might be required that the position holder also creates test cases.
-She/he would also assist in defining new business process flows, verifying DQ checks and MDM screen definitions.
-If the candidate comes from Development background too, then she/he is welcome to work in development activities on demand basis.

Qualifications:
-8+ years of experience as business & functional analyst.
-5+ years of experience with Data projects.
-2 years of experience as SAP MM customizer
-At least 2 projects done for large Data Migrations & Integration.
-2 years of experience in HP ALM for requirement and test case maintenance.
-Knowledge of Material Module of SAP (Business know-how as well as underlying data model)
-Knowledge of Informatica Analyst and Developer/Powercenter tools.
-Ability to train business users on new MDM platform.

Nice to haves:
-Experience in Informatica ETL (Power Center)
-3+ years of experience with Informatica MDM.
-Experience in other Master Data Management tools (SAP)
-Senior level of hands-on experience in the Informatica master data management (Meta Data Manager, Data Quality)
-Pharma client experience
