For one of our clients, we are currently looking for a "Business Analyst in Financial Services"

Location: Brussels
Start: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

In order to continually improve Access Management Shared ServiceCentre's service delivery towards the Security Offices, servicerequests are being managed by the request and demand managementprocess. Request managed encompasses all standard requests, whereasdemand management encompasses non standard request. With the demandmanagement process the customer requests are researched with subjectmatter expert(s) (SMEs) to obtain a high-level analysis, assessing therequest's priority and impact, taking into account the available budget.

The demand manager will collaborate closely with these SMEs in the theAccess Management Shared Service Centre, as well as work together withSMEs from different business lines and IT teams.

The Business Analyst Consultant will have no direct people managementresponsibilities.

Deliverables:

1.Relationship Management:
- Act as a valuable team member for the day-to-day running of accessmanagement and management of requests.
- Provide guidance & assistance to other colleagues
- Establish and maintain relationships with subject matter expertsinvolved in the access management teams.
- Establish and maintain relationships with counterparts/customers inseveral business lines.

2.Registration & follow-up of demands:
- Consolidate and centralize all demands for the AM SSC:
- Register each customer request in the demand log
- Assist in translating customer requirements into access managementrequirements
- Manage, prioritize and follow-up on the delivery of demands

3.Analyse requirements:
- Liaise with other departments to assure service delivery
- Get a thorough understanding of the Access Management domain.

4.Transformation:
- Participate in projects and perform all required temporary tasks toenable a smooth transition from current environment to targetenvironment.

5. Reporting/KPIs:
- Define the KPIs relevant to the demand management process
- Define reports
- Good Communication and Influencing skills;
- Good analytical and synthesis skills;
- Autonomy, commitment and perseverance in personal organization;
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment;Strictness in project follow-up;
- Hands-on, practical oriented person

*Business experience required:
- Professional experience in Financial Services
- 4 years experience in an IST environment

*Technical experience required:
- 1-2 years experience in security technology and processes (Identity& Access Management aspects, Segregation of Duties, Role BasedAccess Control)
- Knowledge of the Information Security Standards & Frameworks
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and SQL

*Functional experience required:
- Familiar with Process modelling and process analysis
- Capable of quickly understanding, analysing and documenting detailedprocesses in Information Security
- Capable of performing functional analysis on security aspects acrossdifferent business lines
