Business Analyst II Job

BUSINESS ANALYST II opportunity for a CONTRACT position with Yoh's client located in CHARLOTTE, NC.

THE BIG PICTURE

- The Substation Design Solution project foundation & framework is in place, and the project is now entering the initial user deployment phase.
- During this stage the lead business users will attend workflow training and immediately exercise the entire baseline solution to build substation design packages.
- While performing these activities, the business users will provide feedback across all aspects of the solution for enhancement consideration.
- The ideal candidate will have Enterprise software rollout experience, working with business users across multiple locations (this is not a technical only role). A demonstrated ability to interact with the business users to organize activities, document decisions and objections, and implement change management plans to promote adoption are highly desirable.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:

- Lead Business Analyst role
- Executing a software project rollout
- Implementing a change management plan
- Demonstrating people skills to Interact with customers across functions and locations
- Lead virtual and face-to-face meetings and document key points
- Elicit core business needs/issues to handle objections

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING TO THE TABLE:

- Bachelors Degree or a combination of education plus equivalent work experience
- Implementation/deployment of Enterprise software implementation/deployment
- Familiar with substation design and/or utility industry
- Familiarity with Autodesk product set: AutoCAD Electrical, Inventor, Substation Design Solution Education:
