Business Analyst - ICMS

We seek a consultant Business Analyst with strong telecoms BSS experience and detailed knowledge of the ICMS product from Comverse.

This role is based in Riyadh, so previous experience of working in the Middle East is a distinct advantage.

The chosen candidate will have at least 5 years experience with the ICMS product, and will have a thorough understanding of its Billing and CRM functions, as well as the rating, provisioning, service management functionality.  In addition, he/she will have well-developed Business Analysis skills within the Telecoms BSS environment and will be comfortable working with project stakeholders at all levels.  Finally, he/she will have strong consulting experience and be familiar with the challenges of working as an external advisor, presenting solutions for client approval.

This is a long-term assignment, and will suit a consultant who feels at home working in a Middle Eastern environment for long periods.
