Business Analyst, IAM, Banking, English (Contract, Zurich)

For our client, one of the most instantly recognizable brands in the banking sector, Swisslinx are looking for a highly motivated Business Analyst with knowledge of the IAM for a new 6 month contract in Zurich with a strong potential for extension.

This is a 6 month contract starting ASAP starting in July/August 2015.

BUSINESS ANALYST, IAM, BANKING, ENGLISH (CONTRACT, ZURICH)

Working in Identity and Automation Services, this role will require close collaboration with Engineering and Operations units both within the department structure and outside it, as well as interaction and reporting to peer BA's and SME's as well as line management. The role requires thought leadership, strong presentation and analysis skills, and the ability to interact with senior management.

- The candidate will manage and plan deliverables with project managers from the Identity and Automation Services department and provide guidance to engineers in automation and control streams.
- Simplify existing processes and tasks to reduce overall costs of service
- Understand and manages the effect of changes at the controls level (policies, regulatory requirements) and the technical level (infrastructure changes, new platforms)
- Perform impact analysis and describe impact across all areas, collect expert input, elicit initial cost estimates
- Support engineering to develop solutions; oversee overall delivery to meet quality and requirements of requestor
- Assist project and release managers in planning deployment
- Provide encapsulated management information for distribution by product managers

The ideal candidate will possess the following:

- Minimum 5 years of relevant business analysis and functional specification design experience
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management governance, processes, and products is an advantage
- Track record working in global organizations, ideally in the banking sector
- Excellent organizational, problem solving, and written/verbal communication skills
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English language (German beneficial)
- Ability to work autonomously and problem solve
