Our client, a major Pharma global player is currently looking for a BUSINESS ANALYST experienced with Human Resource for a 3 months contract in Basel.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
The successful consultant will provide strategic input to the business relating to existing and new Talent Acquisition Staffing (TAS) technology systems and processes of the Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing function, to ensure the development and embedding of the Talent Acquisition function globally.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Act as the designated point person for TAS technology systems and processes, advising all areas of the business as required
- Provide strategic input to the business, relating to existing and new TAS technology systems and processes, and the future direction of the same technology and processes
- Support the Global Talent Acquisition and Staffing Leadership Team to help drive the successful implementation of the Global TAS strategy
- Support optimization of TAS processes and systems in alignment with business objectives
- Provide Project Management for key changes, integrations, and new functionality enablement for TAS technology systems and processes
- Lead the creation and management of: o reporting templates o user access protocols
- Lead the provision of training and training materials for users of TAS technology systems and processes
- support for the relevant training needs of the business across major markets
- Provide point of escalation for user problems and technical system issues dealt with by the Helpdesk/Global Support Centre.
EXPECTED BACKGROUND:
- Education: Bachelor's degree, MBA
- 7-10 years of business operations experience including reporting and analytics
- knowledge and understanding of BrassRing and other E-Recruiting/ATS technologies and
Knowledge of RPO/Outsourced Models - experience in international organization
MISCELLANEOUS:
START: April 2015
END: 3 months Contract
Workload: 100% onsite in Basel
English is compulsory
