BUSINESS ANALYST -HALIFAX - RETAIL BANKING - £342

Our client is currently looking for a Project Manager to join their team in Leeds on a Desktop Transformation Programme. The ideal candidate will have Business Analyst experience within retail banking.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

You will:

- Shape and lead major change initiatives which implement business strategies
- Work closely with Business SMEs, Business Assurance Testing and IT to assess and document Software Remediation
- Capture and manage detailed level requirements (including IT elements where appropriate)
- Coordinate EUC Testing and document outputs in line with plans
- Optimise resources within projects ensuring delivery of agreed business plans with respect to cost, quality and timescale objectives
- Ensure the benefits identified in the business case are realised.
- Direct and control the delivery of diverse cross functional projects

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

- Proven track record as a Business Analyst within the Financial Services sector
- Excellent stakeholder management skills - working with colleagues in the business and IT
- Advanced level; Microsoft Office Excel Competent; Microsoft PowerPoint and Word
- Experience in requirements definition, solution development, planning and risk management
- Experience of IT delivery projects/programmes
- Work closely with the Programme Leads to provide regular status reports appropriately to different stakeholders
- Define and implement a detailed delivery approach for each stage of the project life cycle
- Experience in the delivery of Desktop Transformation or other IT hardware/profile migration projects/programmes
