Developing business-specific organisational solutions. Dealing with organisational problems, focusing in particular on process organisation and single tasks.
Main Tasks: surveying, analysing and recognizing tasks, structures and the disposition of physical and organisational resources definition of work orders and support of the target definition process development and evaluation of methods of resolution reviewing and improving work processes and information flows giving support in planning and carrying out organisational changes evaluating physical and organisational resources
supporting the project leader in the fields of quality assurace and project execution consulting the sponsor regarding the workplace design, spatial planning and disposition of physical and organisational resources ongoing adjustment of the disposition of physical and organisational resources to changing environmental influences and organisational changes in existing complex organisational solutions
Special Requirements: Previous pharma experience in global projects required
Workflow process experience if possible
Healthcare compliance experience
SalesForce knowledge is a plus
Fluent in English
Start date: ASAP (as early as possible in April) End date: 31 Dec. 2015
